Thanks to our customers and partners, 2022 was a big year at Radar. And we can't wait to show you what we have in store for 2023.

Radar IRL

In September, we hosted Radar IRL. Nearly 100 product and digital leaders from companies like Whataburger, Afterpay, Branch, and Bottle Rocket joined us for our first-ever in-person conference. We also held our first-ever Customer Advisory Board meeting.

We're already planning a bigger and better IRL 2023. Stay tuned!

Location infrastructure for every product and service

We continued building towards our vision of location infrastructure for every product and service, doubling down on accuracy, privacy, and developer experience.

We launched foundational new features, including place matching, custom events, and analytics. We also enhanced our Places and Geocoding coverage, adding millions of POIs and addresses internationally.

Use cases

Series C

In February, we announced our $55M Series C led by Insight Partners with participation from existing investors Accel, Two Sigma Ventures, and Heavybit. We're growing and investing at a time when many other startups are pulling back.

New Manhattan office

We said goodbye to Brooklyn and opened a new office in Union Square, Manhattan. We're excited to spend more time collaborating and innovating IRL in 2023. And we still have some empty desks – we're hiring NYC-based full-stack engineers, product managers, product designers, and SDRs.

Enterprise scale

Radar powers mission-critical use cases for customers big and small, from top 100 apps to up-and-coming startups. In 2022, we processed over 100 billion API calls with 99.99% uptime.

Growing opportunity

There's never been a better time to build location infrastructure, and there's never been a bigger need.

Digital innovators across industries continue to invest in location-based experiences, including in-store modes, order ahead arrival detection, on-trip experiences, nearby search, delivery tracking, location verification, and more.

Use cases

In 2023, we'll continue to support customer-obsessed companies in all industries as they invent the future with location.

Thanks again to our amazing customers, partners, and investors for a great year.
