Ringing in the new year with a new domain name: radar.com
2021 has been a big year at Radar. We've seen deeper adoption of our technology in existing verticals (like retail, QSR, and payments) and in new verticals (like fleet tracking, delivery, gaming, and healthcare). Radar isn't only the leading geofencing platform, but an essential tool for elevating customer experiences.
Our vision is location infrastructure for every product and service, and a big vision means making big bets. Today, we're transitioning from radar.io to radar.com. The new domain name is fitting as we work to build a category-defining company in the coming years.
There's never been a better time to build location infrastructure, and there's never been a bigger need. The pandemic accelerated new habits like curbside pickup, delivery, and contactless check-in and payments, all of which require location awareness to do well.
Rising consumer expectations have made innovation imperative, and we're lucky enough to work with customers (including new customers like Panera, Afterpay, and Sleeper) and partners (including solution partners like Hathway, WillowTree, and Credera) on the cutting edge.
Meeting customers wherever they are has always been a top priority for the team at Panera, and our tech-enabled next generation bakery-cafe satisfied new preferences as we look towards a post-pandemic future. Radar's easily adoptable platform has allowed us to get these features up and running quickly so that we don't miss a beat.
