Since COVID accelerated consumer demand for curbside pickup, we've seen overwhelming interest from QSRs looking to minimize customer wait times, maximize food freshness, and optimize kitchen operations.

Many of these QSRs leverage Olo as their ordering platform, which is why we are thrilled to announce our Trip Tracking integration with Olo.

Olo Integration

What is Olo?

Olo is the on-demand platform for the restaurant industry, powering digital ordering and delivery for over 300 brands. Olo works across every stage of the digital restaurant transaction to help brands integrate orders from channels including branded websites and apps, marketplaces, social media, and personal assistant devices.

What does the integration enable?

With this Trip Tracking integration, a QSR brand is able to start and stop trips for customer arrival tracking when orders are placed, fired, cancelled, or closed in Olo.

This integration enables a QSR to build functionality that can improve the customer experience and kitchen operations. Once a trip has started, Radar will calculate the real-time Arrival ETA for a given customer picking up their order and fire events such as "approaching" or "arrived." These events can be used to trigger actions using web hooks or our extended list of integration technology.
