Radar Trips helps companies like Panera Bread and American Eagle Outfitters power seamless pickup and delivery experiences with live ETAs, arrival detection, and routing.
Today, we're introducing delay detection for trip tracking. Based on our intelligent routing engine, if a trip's estimated arrival time is after a trip's scheduled arrival time, Radar will mark the trip as "delayed." The "delay threshold" is configurable depending on business needs.
Delay detection supports a number of use cases. For example, QSRs and retailers can notify staff when a customer is running behind for a scheduled pickup. Or, logistics apps can notify customers when a worker is running behind for a job or delivery.
Along with accurate real-time ETAs, delay detection helps companies of all shapes and sizes deliver seamless, standout pickup and delivery experiences.
