Under the GDPR, data controllers include companies that track or monitor EU data subjects. Data processors are companies that process data on behalf of controllers. Radar is GDPR-compliant both as a controller and as a processor on your behalf.

We have updated our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement to reflect the GDPR. We have also self-certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Radar offers tools to help you comply with data subject requests like the right to be forgotten and the right of access, including our user delete API and export features.

If you have any questions about the GDPR, or how Radar can help you be GDPR-compliant, let us know.
