Radar’s location intelligence platform helps teams make smarter fraud, compliance, operations, and marketing decisions.
Today, we’re introducing our MCP server and integrations with ChatGPT and Claude, making location intelligence easier to work with. You can investigate suspicious activity, explore operational issues, and build audiences by asking questions in natural language.
Investigate faster, with the evidence behind the answer
Investigations often start with one user or one location check. Understanding what happened means connecting activity across accounts, devices, IP addresses, and places.
With Radar connected to ChatGPT or Claude, you can ask:
- “Investigate this user.” Review location history, device and network signals, and associated activity.
- “Why did this location check fail?” Understand the failure reasons and the context behind them.
- “Do these users have anything in common?” Look for shared devices, networks, and physical locations.
- “Show me other activity at this address.” Explore whether suspicious activity is part of a broader pattern.
- “Summarize the findings and export the user IDs as a CSV.” Prepare the investigation for review or handoff.
Radar data is retrieved and interpreted. You can ask follow-up questions, view activity on a map, and open the underlying records in Radar to check the evidence.
Beyond fraud and compliance
The same tools help operations and marketing teams work with location intelligence.
An operations team could ask: “Show me which locations have long wait times.” Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve staffing, pickup workflows, or driver routes.
A marketing team could ask: “Build a segment of users who visited these locations in the last 30 days.” Understand visit patterns and foot traffic, then export an audience for a targeted campaign in a marketing tool.
Whether you’re investigating suspicious accounts, understanding wait times, or building a campaign audience, you can spend less time gathering data and more time deciding what to do with it.
Connect Radar to your AI tools
Model Context Protocol, or MCP, is a standard for connecting AI applications to external tools and data. Our MCP server powers the ChatGPT and Claude integrations and lets developers bring Radar into their own AI environments alongside other connected tools.
We’ll continue adding specialized tools for investigations, reporting, operations, and marketing.
We’re rolling out access to enterprise customers. Contact your Radar team to enable access, and see our MCP documentation for setup instructions.
